Low season
Except school holidays

- → minimum 3 nights
- → 10% discount from 7 nights
- → Not included : house cleaning charges of 65€ per booking and tourist tax

Medium season
June, September, small school holidays
€120/nights
- → minimum 3 nights
- → 10% discount from 7 nights
- → Not included : house cleaning charges of 65€ per booking and tourist tax
- → Included bed and bathroom linen
High season
July and August
€160/night
- → minimum 6 nights
- → 10% discount from 7 nights
- → Not included : house cleaning charges of 65€ per booking and tourist tax
- → Included bed and bathroom linen
School holidays = Christmas holidays, winter school holidays and Easter holidays
Booking and cancelling conditions :
Deposit 30% with the booking, balance (70%) 30 days before arrival date.
In case of withdrawal, the cancelling policy and refund are as follow :
- 100% refund until Day-30
- 50% refund from Day-29 to Day-15
- 25% refund from Day-14 to Day-7
- 0% refund less than 7 days before arrival date
A rental contract will be done in due form.
